Megan is a motivator and a guide.
Megan is also an all-natural professional figure competitor, fitness model, and personal trainer, who strives to help individuals realize their fitness potential and excellence of their athletic ability. Megan’s passion for fitness led her to a degree in Exercise Science, graduating from Georgia State University with honors.
Prior to her move to full time figure competitor, she enjoyed a very successful career as a competitive gymnastics coach. Megan moved to coaching as a competitive gymnast and began her coaching career in 1995. For eleven years she helped develop a training program that eventually lead their teams to be ranked first place in the state and consistently produce champions at the Regional and National level.
Megan has been married since 2003 and currently resides in Miami Florida
